British Education

Academic year

At Think Ahead we believe continuity and follow up are the basis of academic excellence. Our academic year focuses on the needs that arise from the school year. Our objective is that our students are prepared as best as possible for the exams they must sit.

Small groups

Maximum 5 students
per group.
One row.

Annual commitment

Our on going diagnosis throughout the year allows us to identify and solve doubts before exams take place.

The Think Ahead method

Exam related aspects are worked on at the same time as the subjects.

Students: our main priority

Ongoing practice with past paper questions in all lessons.

More than a teacher

Teachers with their own experience in the British system are more than a mere academic guide.

Transversal

Students can apply our method to other subjects they might not be studying with us.

  • Classes: 2 hours a week per subject.
  • Times: 17:15-19:15 / 19:15-21:15
  • Boards: Edexcel, CIE and AQA.
  • Subjects (IGCSE & A-Level): Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Business, English, French, German, History, Accounting, Sociology, Psychology.

Intensive Courses

The objective of these courses is to review all topics in a critical way, particularly those which are more problematic.
The theory is supported by official past paper questions. This allows us to work on exam technique and adapt the student to the official standard required.

When do they take place?

Lessons are taught over holiday periods (Christmas, Easter and Summer) although they can take place throughout the year.

Format

4-6 sessions of 3-4 hours each one. The format is adapted to the student´s needs and the period of the year.

These courses are independent of the main course and have been designed for students who need reinforcement in a fast and efficient way before it is too late.
